The four ways LANAN puts a technician on site
Each service line gives a vendor's own team a set of hands on a site they can't reach directly. Mobile device field testing and software development have their own pages — see the nav above.
Smart Hands
Remote-hands execution for racking, cabling, hardware swaps, and guided troubleshooting — a technician on site, following a remote engineer's instructions in real time. Used when a vendor's own engineer can diagnose the issue but needs local hands to act on it.
Onsite IT Support
Scheduled or ad-hoc technician visits for maintenance, break-fix, and end-user support at branch offices, retail sites, and data centers. Visits are tracked against the agreed SLA and reported back with sign-off.
Field Engineer Dispatch
Sourcing and coordinating certified engineers for one-off or recurring visits, matched by skill, certification, and location. The Istanbul desk handles scheduling, vetting, and status tracking so the vendor only deals with one point of contact.
Infrastructure Services
Installs, migrations, and small rollouts that need boots on the ground across multiple sites at once, run as a single coordinated project with one schedule and one report at the end.
