Hands inside the data center, on someone else's schedule
Racking, decommissioning, and remote-hands work inside colocation facilities and data centers — coordinated around your maintenance windows, not ours.
Work that needs a technician physically in the facility
A remote engineer can plan the change; someone still has to walk into the cage, find the right rack unit, and do it correctly the first time. That's the part LANAN covers.
- Rack and stack — server, switch, and appliance installs to spec
- Structured and cross-connect cabling, labeling, and cable management
- Hardware decommissioning, asset pulls, and secure disposal or return
- Physical audits and inventory reconciliation against the vendor's records
- Remote-hands support during maintenance windows — power cycles, swaps, visual checks
By engagement type
From work order to close-out
Work order received
The vendor sends the facility, cage/rack location, access requirements, and the exact scope of work.
Access & window confirmed
The Istanbul desk confirms facility access, escort requirements, and the maintenance window with the technician assigned.
Work executed on site
The technician completes the scope — install, decommission, audit, or remote-hands support — following the facility's safety and access rules.
Closed and documented
The ticket closes with photos, serial numbers, or an updated asset list as the scope requires, then is invoiced against the agreed rate.
