What we do
We run the on-the-ground layer of IT service delivery: Smart Hands, onsite support, field engineer dispatch, infrastructure rollouts, mobile device field testing, and the software that ties it all together. Enterprise IT integrators and MSPs bring the contract; we bring the person who shows up.
How we're structured
A single coordination desk in Istanbul manages a distributed network of vetted technicians and testers across six regions, so a client deals with one point of contact regardless of where the work is happening.
Where we're headed
We're growing from an early-stage operator into a global field services provider — adding regions, deepening our testing and software capabilities, and formalizing the vendor relationships that make that coverage possible.
